THE ESN RESOURCE HUB AND SAFETY NETWORK SUPPORT SERVICES
All ESN members and their nominated personnel have access to the ESN Hub,
an online safety resource and information centre, where they can access school safety tools, templates, training, information, and other resources to use for their school.
All members' nominated personnel can participate in ESN safety networking and communications designed to help school leaders and safety personnel keep current knowledge of school safety matters.

The ESN e-Learning suite is highly valued by members. The suite's courses:
Are school-specific
Address school safety issues
Are rated highly by trainees for quality, clarity, utility, and engagement
Training records are kept and training certificates generated. Training reports can be provided on request.
ALERTS, CASES, AND NEWS

The Hub's news portal, fed by information from Regulators, lawyers, and peak industry bodies, posts school-relevant:
Safety news and alerts
Safety incidents and prosecutions
Regulatory changes
Research findings
The information helps members keep their people up to date with safety matters.
AUDITS

The online and offline audit tools in the Hub audits collection include:
Compliance audits
Specific risk management audits
The tools are designed to help schools identify and correct safety compliance and management gaps, improve the management of known risks, and verify due diligence in the process.

MEMBERS' FORUM

The Members' Discussion Forum space on the ESN Hub provides a networking channel for members' personnel to:
Ask questions and find answers
Raise issues and share solutions
Highlight new resource needs
Flag problems needing attention
Some members have considered the Forum to be another hand in their team.
E-FORUM

The e-Forum is a new ESN Reference Group initiative to broaden the reach of input to and output from the Members' Discussion Forum. e-Forum emails are:
Triggered by Forum activity
De-identified for member privacy
Input returned is collated by ESN and shared across the network of member and participating non-member schools.
