CUSTOM SERVICES FLOW NATURALLY FROM THE ESN COMPANY CHARTER
ESN resources and services can be customised to meet members' specific requirements. An increasing number of members are adopting tailored ESN safety support services to make their task of managing people's safety easier and more effective.

CONCUSSION RECOGNITION AND RESPONSE COURSE
CUSTOM COURSE DEVELOPED FOR A SYSTEM OF MULTIPLE SCHOOLS
Developed to solving a particular training need among school staff - improving the recognition, first response, and recovery care of students suffering a concussion injury.
PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY PREVENTION COURSE
NEW COURSE DEVELOPED FOR A NETWORK OF AFFILIATED SCHOOLS
Developed to address a management training need following a significant psychological injury - identifying and addressing work-related psychosocial hazards and risks to prevent injury and protect the mental health and wellbeing of school staff.
WORKSTATION ERGONOMICS MICRO-COURSE
NEW COURSE DEVELOPED FOR A SYSTEM OF MULTIPLE SCHOOLS
Developed to meet an urgent need for office administration staff, moving to new office premises, to set up their new desk and computer workstations safely.
HAZARD AWARENESS AND RESPONSE COURSE

Developed to meet the need of an independent college to train all staff to better identify hazards, make temporarily safe, and report them using the college's new safety reporting system.

By arrangement, ESN courses have been packaged to meet members' needs to deliver and manage their ESN courses from their chosen Management Systems. ESN courses are currently running, and in the pipeline to run, from CompliLearn, Canvas, PageUp, and ELMO Learning Management Systems. Other systems are possible.
CUSTOM COURSE DELIVERY - FROM CUSTOM ESN SYSTEMS

By arrangement, ESN courses are also being delivered through uniquely customised training sites that are directly accessible from member's intranets. This enables members to manage their course selection, delivery, and completion records, and to collect and manage records of other staff training courses and PD completed.

SAFETY SUPPORT SITE
DEVELOPED AND HOSTED FOR A SCHOOL SYSTEM
This customised Safety Support site works for the safety of school staff across a system of regional schools, helping staff keep up to date with school safety matters, and equipping them with the particular safety action and information resources they need to address the safety issues that are the member's current focus. The site is accessed through the member's Compliance Management System, and is hosted, maintained, and regularly updated by ESN in consultation with the member.
SAFETY FOCUS SITE
DEVELOPED AND HOSTED FOR A NETWORK OF AFFILIATED SCHOOLS
This customised Safety Focus site supports the member organisation's equipping of school leaders and staff, across its network of affiliated schools, to understand and address key school safety issues. The site is accessed through the member's Compliance Management System, and is hosted, maintained, and provisioned by ESN, in consultation with the member, to facilitate the member's planned safety focus initiatives.
SAFETY IMPLEMENTATION SITE
DEVELOPED AND HOSTED FOR A SCHOOL SYSTEM
This customised School Safety Implementation site was established to provide staff, in schools across a large regional area, with tools and resources to address safety issues in their schools. The site has since been expanded to also provide the member's safety team with a safety administration portal that is capable of keeping pace with their safety administration support needs. The site, accessed through the member's intranet, is hosted by ESN and managed by the member.
SAFETY MATTERS SITE
DEVELOPED AND HOSTED FOR A SCHOOL SYSTEM
This Safety Matters site was developed to enable a member to help and equip school Principals and leaders in the member's schools. Safety Matters, accessible through the member's intranet, helps Principals keep up to date with school safety matters and helps them address the safety issues that are the member's current focus. The site is accessed through the member's HR Management System, and is hosted, maintained, and regularly updated by ESN in consultation with the member.

SAFETY REPORTING AND RESPONSE MANAGEMENT MODULES
DEVELOPED FOR A SCHOOL SYSTEM AND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
This customised Safety Reporting and Response module has enabled school staff to report safety hazards and incidents and log maintenance requests using an online form, automatically notifying designated personnel and sending report data to relevant registers for review and management follow up. Each module is member-specific, and is developed in consultation with that member to align with their existing safety procedures and be accessible from their preferred system.
SAFETY SURVEY AND REPORT MODULES
DEVELOPED FOR SCHOOL SYSTEMS
In response to specific members' needs for safety situation insights, custom online survey and report modules have been developed. Examples include a Work-Related Stress Risk Factors survey for school staff, a Workstation Ergonomic Safety survey for school office staff, and a Due Diligence Support Needs survey for school Principals. Each module is developed in consultation with the member requesting the survey, and is delivered for access through the member's preferred interface.
SAFETY AUDIT MODULES
DEVELOPED FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS
As well as generally applicable safety audit tools, ESN has provided customised, hazard-specific self-audit, report and corrective action management tools. Examples include a Playground Safety Audit online tool and a Tree Safety Audit online tool. The self-audit tools are mobile-friendly, so can be completed on the go, and enable the members concerned to conduct regular safety checks and corrections in between periodic audits by qualified external auditors.
