SERVICE AIM
The constituted aim of the ESN Company is to support and resource schools and school personnel to improve injury and illness prevention and management, helping keep workers, students, and other people safe from harm.

COLLABORATIVE METHOD
Through its collaborative operations and people, ESN enables the development and sharing of safety, risk, and compliance management expertise and resources across the network of member schools, for the benefit of all schools.

ESN COMPANY
The ESN Company, established in 2016 by Australian education industry resolution, provides the charitable vehicle to enable the Education Safety Network to achieve its industry safety aims.

OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE
The ESN Company's operational structure is uniquely fitted to its objects, and comprises volunteer Directors (accountable for corporate governance), a Management Company (accountable for company and service management), a volunteer Industry Reference Group (informing ESN resource and service development), and external services (providing enabling professional services and ESN service delivery platforms)
